Fort Rock Cave is near Fort Rock State Natural Area and is the site of the instrumental archaeological discovery of sagebrush bark sandals. Fort Rock Cave is a National Heritage site and is open only to the public by state park guided tour. Join us in learning about Fort Rock Cave’s lasting legacy. Tours take approximately 2 hours.
