Access Trails provides reviews of 36 parks and trails around the Portland Metro area and includes maps, photos, and access info using public transit.

The Bureau of Land Management offers an interactive search tool that shows maps, site information, and updates for all BLM sites in the country, including 196 in Oregon. Locate and get visitor information for camping areas, fish hatcheries, cabin rentals, trails, and other sites.

Make it a virtual adventure! The US Forest Service YouTube channel has tons of videos that range from educational (like All About Great Horned Owls to virtual hikes. They also have some videos in Spanish, such as La Historia del Oso Smokey.
