Marking our 25th Anniversary

On May 15th, Oregon Parks Forever celebrated our 25th anniversary. On the occasion of this special anniversary, we would like to recognize the impact that Brian Booth and the Founding Trustees have had by creating a non-profit to raise money to support our parks.

What a Crazy Summer it Has Been!

COVID caused a huge reduction in staffing across Federal & State parks & forests in Oregon, followed by very large increases in park visitation as people were taking vacations locally.

Recreating Responsibly: Take Care, Out There

On May 5, Governor Kate Brown announced the limited opening of public lands and as this limited reopening occurs, it is essential that Oregonians recreate responsibly to protect the health, wellness, and safety of themselves and others in local communities.
